A "Student" account gives you access to quizzes for the specific Professional Year or Semester you selected during registration. A "Professional" account is for graduates and provides unlimited access to our entire question database across all years and semesters.
How does the free trial work?Our trial system is tailored to your level. Student accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their curriculum. Professional accounts receive a trial based on a 5-quiz limit, allowing them to try quizzes from our entire database. After the trial period ends, you will need to subscribe to a premium plan to continue.
Can I change my academic details (Year/Semester) after registration?Currently, your academic level is fixed after registration. If you made a mistake, please contact our support team via WhatsApp for assistance.
A Premium subscription unlocks uninterrupted access to all quizzes relevant to your level, detailed quiz reviews, and the ability to save notes on questions. It's the best way to ensure you're fully prepared.
How do I subscribe?Visit the Payment Page. First, make the payment to the provided Raast account. Then, fill out the "Request Account Activation" form on the same page and upload your payment receipt. Our team will then activate your account.
How long does it take for my account to be activated after payment?Our team manually verifies each payment. Activation typically takes a few hours but can take up to 24 hours. You will receive a notification on your dashboard once your subscription is active.
What happens if my subscription request is rejected?If there's an issue with your payment proof, your request may be rejected. You will receive a notification, and we encourage you to contact our support team on WhatsApp to resolve the issue.
The "Weak Areas" section shows you any subject where your average score across all attempts is less than 50%. It's a great tool to help you identify which subjects need more of your attention.
Can I retake a quiz?Absolutely! You can retake any quiz as many times as you like. Consistent practice is key to improvement. Simply navigate to the subject from the "Available Quizzes" section and start a new quiz.
How do I use the "My Notes" feature?After completing a quiz, you can go to the "Review" page for that attempt. On each question, you'll find a section to add personal notes. This is perfect for jotting down mnemonics, key concepts, or reasons why you got a question wrong. You can view all your saved notes on the My Notes page.
How does the Leaderboard work?The Leaderboard ranks users based on their average percentage score across all quizzes they have attempted. It's a fun way to see how you stack up against your peers!
